Base Defense #1 Corner

Diagrams

Description

Base D is nothing more than defending our zone (defensive Zone) The base premise of Base D is to have a layered approach to deny the attacking team access to the house (the prime scoring area which is where most goals are scored from.)We keep sticks on ice and all players play defense "FIRST" and do not move to breakout positions until we gain full control of the puck.
