Description

Drill starts with pass from coach (player) just below hash marks to D at blue line

D moves into zone and gives puck back to coach in corner , Pivots and skates backwards towards blue line along boards exchanging passes from corner

At blue line D moves laterally and gets final pass from corner , toe drag and shot

PROGRESSION

Last pass from corner D exchange touch pass with next in line for one timer
