Description

Set out course as diagramed. On signal player in the corner starts skating with their stick on the ice ready to receive a pass. The inside line tries to pass to them so they receive the puck around the hashmarks.

Once receiving the pass the player skates and does 360º around both pylons. Finishing with a shot on goal.
