Break out race

Diagrams

Description

Duplicate on both sides of the ice. Coach throws a puck behind the net for each line. The first player in each line gets the puck from their side of the net and passes to the winger on the boards. The winger passes to the last player in line on the dot. As soon as the puck is controled by the player on the dot the coach can throw another puck in for that line. Race to see who can go through the entire line first.

Rotate as shown. Progress: the winger must start on in the high slot and quickly get to the boards for the pass.

Notes: Coach with the pucks. You can also have 2 players throw the pucks in instead of the coach.
