Description
D starts in left corner , skate behind net picks up puck . RW moves low on boards and takes outlet pass from D. Centre swings to support winger . RW makes pass to Centre , who returns pass to winger breaking up ice.
Defence changes direction behind net ,Centre mirrors D and repeat same outlet sequence to LW with D picking another puck behind net
D and C turn again and D hit Centre with direct pass in middle lane
D pivots again and breaks up ice and gets pass from next D in line.
Next forward line with D start again
Notes: Defence remain at opposite end of rink , forwards come back to centre line at centre ice for second rep before repeating from other end
Coach stay behind to give last D pass to break up ice .
