Description

Players start on bottom of circle.
On whistle they race to centre ice, STOP, Pivot backward to face off dot
pivot forward to forward to next dot
Pivot to backward to centre ice, Stop
Forward again and battle partner for puck on blue line and shot on goal.

Notes: 2 pairs can start from both ends if enough players , or alternate pairs from each end
