Description

Forwards are divided equally into 3 lines
Defense are at center ice

On whistle F1 steps in from blue line and shoots on net

After shot F1 swings and receives pass from F2 who follows and work 2 on 1 with D1 who steps out on pass from corner.

F1 , F2 , D1 play 2-1 until whistle
F3 steps out of corner, and receives pass from Coach.
D2 D3 step out on F1 F2 pivot, fill lanes and join F3 3on2 . Allow play to continue for a few seconds if no score off rush

Notes: After shot from F1 , have 2 D-men step out for 2 on 2

Have first D from 2on1 follow as back checker on 3on2 rush after delay move of circling behind net
