Description
F start on one side...1 by 1 F skates to second dots (neutral zone) stops, 2 crossovers, back to 1st circle. stop. 2 crossovers, to 2nd neutral zone dot,stop, 2crossovers back to dot..etc
D - same as F's...but pivoting and going back to dot backwards...have the F and D switch pivot direction and stopping
