3 Stations - Passing, Shooting

Description
Station 1
-X4 skates to attack pylon, makes a move toward the boards and comes back with puck where he started, turns and makes move to the net. Takes a shot. In parallel, X3 times the play and drives to net for rebound. They switch sides after drill is done.
Station 2
Drill is the same on both sides and starts at the same time.
O1 and O2, respectively, skate out to receive a pass from their teammate, X1 and X2. Once O1 and O2 receive pass they stick handle around as shown and take the place of their teammate that passed them the puck. Drill is continuos, so stop after 2 rounds around the pylons.
Point is to pass in movement and ensure puck goes between the pylons.
Station 3
Breakout drill. Coach dumps puck in, D retrieves pass, skates around net and makes hard pass to F2 as shown. F2 makes hard pass to F1 who is skating around slot. Both F1 and F2 skate out. Change players so everyone plays Def.
