Description

O starts backwards skating around the top of the circle passing back & forth with next player in line, O pivots to forward and skates around bottom of the circle and makes a stretch pass to X. O then becomes player X and the drill is continuous.

X is placed outside the bullion to start the drill. X circles around the the face-off dot and with timing explodes to receive a stretch pass from O. After X takes a shot on goal he joins the O line.

Notes: * O can work on making a long saucer pass to help improve that skill.
