Description

Player X1 begins skating near the boards to the far blueline, once player crosses blue line skates parallel to the blue line. Player O1
passes the puck to player X1. Player X1 skates down and shoots on goalie. Player O1 chases player X1 and after crossing the blue line
skates parallel to blue line receiving a pass from X2. O1 heads down the ice chased by X2. O1 shoots on net, X2 receives a pass from
O2. Continues.
Have coaches in centre circle with extra pucks in case players miss the pass.
Make sure the girls do cross overs with speed when receiving pass, no coasting
