Description

Set up 3 pylons. 2 on 1 blueline, 1 on the opposite blue line.
Divide players into 3 teams.
THIS IS A RACE!!!!!
On the whistle, 1st players in line skate to the centre red line and come to a stop on the red line. They then skate back towards the
pylon and stop. They then skate to the blue line, stop and skate back to the next player in line. Once the two players touch gloves, the
next player in line goes.

Notes: Variations:
1) Backwards
2) With Pucks
