Pass Shoot Deflect
Description
Forward skates with puck behind the net.
Defence moving around blue line.
Forward makes pass back to defenceman, then heads to front of net.
Defenceman receives pass, takes a couple of strides and shoots hard at the net.
Forward in front screens goalie and tries to deflect puck.
Goalie, work through the screen, real game situation.
