3 on 2 break out defend

Description

1) On whistle, coach dumps puck into corner.
2) "LD/RD1 goes in & gets puck and makes pass to RW. "D" has head on swivel while skating in to get puck.
3) Forwards perform a basic breakout.
4) When Forwards get to the red line, they pass to the other set of LD/RD2 and perform a neutral zone transition. "LD/RD2" can go D to D or hit centreman or winger with pass.
5) Forwards then go in on original "LD/RD1" 3 on 2.
6) Coach blows whistle, next line comes out. Forward line leaving ice does so by skating up boards near bench.

Notes: Do 2 or 3 times then change lines and "D"
