Description

Put cones down the centre of the offensive zone, endging at the blue line.
Coach will have pucks. Put a tire in the middle of the square that you have created and have all players out of the area with the coach.

Create two lines and try to divide them by ability.

Coach will dump a puck in and the first 2 players in both lines will go in after it. The object of the game is to score by hitting the tire with the puck. Its 2 on 2 so players should be encouraged to pass and work together with their team mate to get open and move the puck to get a clear shot.
