Description

puck side right:
RD - pinches in
LD - blueline...middle
F2 - hash marks to corner
F3 - slot
F1 - below net
The cycle allows the player with the puck 4 options..
1 - pass back to corner
2 - pass to F2
3 - pass to D
4 - pass to F3

Other end - this should show you the concept of the cycle..with players moving in a circular motion...FOLLOWING YOUR PASS...

Notes: The PUCK SIDE D is INSIDE the blueline...playing inside allows the F's to pass back to the D and also allows us to pressure their defensive zone.
