Description
Station 1
X1 starts out w/ Puck and stick handles around pylon and toward X2, delivers pass
X2 immediately sends a pass back to X1 who then turns toward X3 and sends pass
X3 delivers pass right back to X1 who continues around net and passes to X4
X4 then waits for X1 to loop around slot for a return pass
X1 shoots on goal
X1 assumes X2 position and everyone else follows counter clockwise
Switch sides and go opposite direction after 5-7 minutes
Station 2
O1 and O2 begin skating forward and transition to backward
Coach sends pass to O1, O1 skates backward with puck and then passes to O2
O2 skates forward and passes to O3 who loops around zone for a pass
O3 goes in for shot.
Next 2 players in line start again.
Be sure 3rd player in who receives switches sides every rotation
