Description

Starts with F skating 3 circles facing partner and making 3 passes. After 3 passes F skates with puck into offensive zone for move on cone and shot. F in front of net gets rebound. Shooter becomes new rebounder. Opposite side begins drill when shooter crosses blue line.Runs both directions with alternating sides.
