T Drill Stick-Handling

Description

!st 10 minutes of this 2 Station drill should be skating only (5-7 min per station) then add Pucks

Station 1

X1 starts to his left w/ puck to top of border, pivots and skates backward w/ puck to bottom border, pivots again to forward all the way around border to top 2nd border as shown.

Once X1 gets to top of 2nd border, he pivots and skates backward around border, pivots final time and skates forward.

He ends drill by passing to X2 who starts the drill again.

Station 2

X3 starts to his right and skates around border going forward with puck.

X3 continues to top of border and makes sharp right turn around border as shown all the way back down in figure 8 pattern.

As X3 approaches last portion of figure 8, he passes to X4 who starts the drill again.

Notes: Solid passes to next person in line.

Quick bursts throughout.

Both drills are continuous
