Description

All players at corners 1, 2, 3, and 4. X1 and X2 start simultaneously on whistle, skating backwards away from O1 and O2. O1 (and O2) pass to X1 (and X2) quick touch passes back and forth twice. X1 (and X2) now pivots towards X3 (and X4). X3 (and X4) provide quick touch pass to X1 (and X2). X1 and X2 skate to center line and hard stop, pivoting backwards to receive pass from O1 and O2, before moving into zone and taking shot.

CONTINUOUS FLOW: After X1 and X2 clear, X3 and X4 will start drill again on coach's whistle in opposite directions.
