D Drag Continious: 1 - 1 2 - 2 3 - 2
Description
Black first: Red second
Each series is started with a whistle
D1 starts on point
F1 passes the puck D1
D1 Drags puck to Middle (progression 1) dot then pass (progression 2 and 3)
shoots low and hard
Whistle: D backs up with F1 and F2 exit zone with a puck and play a 2 - 1 (2 - 2 or 3 - 2).
Coach lets 2 - 1 go (D plays shot or pass)
Once Play passes the blue line D2 steps up to blue line and waits.
Whistle (kills the 2 - 1) starts F1 and F2 and D1 to get in front of the net and battle.
F3 waits for battle to take place then passes to D2 on point.
D2 shoots low and hard and F1 F2 D1 battle for puck while goalie tracks and saves
Whistle (kills net battle players return to position) F3 and F4 exit zone with puck and play continues to repeat as such.
