Description

PK - Puck side we line up inside circle..
D down low covers low net/slot
F in hash mark area, covers slot
F above circle covers points
D in front of net (BUT IN FRONT OF FORWARD)
maintain inside , don't allow them into the "house"
eliminate passing lanes
Goalies - expect "outside" and point shots
control rebounds, freeze puck
YOU CONTROL BACK POST - YOU MUST GET THERE -
NO CHEATING

PP - just like the cycle...however,, we have both F2/F3 on both posts...but farther out to stretch them out
this allows for F1 (puck) to have 4 options with the pusk
1 - pass to closest W
2 - pass to D
3 - skate around net pass to F
4 - wrap around (only if its there)

D - inside blueline - almost at circles....give yourself some space
Allow room to skate in and shoot, be ready for the pass
LOOK - your partner MAY be open to drive the lane.
