Description

X1 dumps puck to either side.

Defense start out backwards, then pivot to retrieve puck.

Quick board pass to other D and board pass to X1. X1 peels off for the breakout pass.

D picks up the pass from their partner and head mans the puck to X1. X1 does a give and go with the coach.

Notes: Head on swivel.

Read the pressure on 1st defense.

Use board, quick out.

Variations

Add 1 or 2 forecheckers.
Vary the pressure.
