Description

* 4 lines formed outside of blue line .
* Drill starts with shot from O at top of circle. After shot O picks up loose puck and and rims hard shot to opposite side.
* O on opposite side times with shot on net and moves to boards at hash mark to pick up rim shot. X times and moves to top of circle for shot and after pass from O.
* X then rims and drill continues on opposite side.

F1 starts by carrying in puck and shooting on net continues to near side corner to pick up puck and pass to F2 who has timed his approach to the slot.F2 picks up puck in his corner and drill flows continuously with pass to F3
