Description

Skaters start in corner; Skate around tops and bottoms of circles keeping head up and doing crossovers.
Finish in corner at opposite end of the rink.

Goalies pushing with outside leg around circles instead of crossovers.

Start Groups of 3 down and back.
Full circles down and back twice.
Forwards and backwards (Always facing the same way) twice.
Single down and back with puck.

Notes: Goalies only do first down and back and then into goalie drills.
