Diagrams

Description

- 1st player in line passes to player 1 at red line.
- 1 passes to 2, 2 passes to 3, 3 passes to 4, 4 passes to 5, 5 skates through the middle of the ice and through the gate for a shot.
- as soon as player 1 passes to player 2 the next guy in line goes.

* Level 2:
- add a defenceman coming off the far half-wall (opposite side of pucks).
- after playing the one-on-one the dman goes to back on the forward line and the forward goes to back of the dman line.

Notes: Operate this drill out of both ends. Ensure players stay on their half of center and never cross over the red line.

You can make this drill a competition between colors/teams by having a coach record the number of goals in each net. Team that scores more goals does not suffer the consequences (couple laps, push-ups, etc).
