Description

- Player starts in corner and completes full rotation around both circles.
- After completing both circles, weave through the row of pylons at Gate #2 and then shoot on the net in the neutral zone.
- after shooting head to the middle face-off circle and complete a full rotation (make sure both groups go around the middle circle in the same direction).
- upon completion of the middle circle, move to the Gate #3 - explode to the pylon in the middle and complete a tight-turn - take a shot and go back to Gate #1.
* Placed a few players at Gate #3 to start the drill so everyone is not starting in the corner.

Notes: Next player in line leaves as soon as the player in front gets around the 1st circle or through the pylons. Keep the drill interesting by switching up what the player does around the circles and through the pylons.
