Skating/Shooting/Goalie Warm-Up

Description

Goalies in nets. Players split up on blue lines.
1. On whistle, X1 and O2 skate around the center circle, receive a pass from coach (or player), carry puck toward the net and shoot near hash marks.
2. Players then go to opposite line.
3. Repeat with shooter staying in front of net for tip or quick rebound.
4. Half-way through, switch blue line starting positions.
