Description

Start with half players at one end behind goal line in 3 lines. Same at opposite end.
1. On whistle O2 takes 3 strides with puck and hits O3 with pass while O3 cuts toward center.
2. O1 skates out of zone along boards and receives pass from O3 before blue line.
3. O1 becomes F1, O2 becomes F2 and O3 becomes F3.
4. Follow your pass, fill in the lane, triangle attack from blue line.
5. On whistle, opposite end goes.
6. Add coach as soft resistance to triangle attack.
