Full Ice Continuous Rim Cycle

Diagrams

Description

Drill starts with X1 at the blue while X2 and X3 wait at pylons. X1 drives towards net and shoots, then breaking towards the opposite hashmarks to prepare for the rim. X2 curls towards X1 while X3 takes a few steps and rims the puck towards X1. X1 receives the rim and passes to X2. (at this time X3 takes a few steps back and prepares to become X2 on the next run). X2 skates down the ice full speed to take a shot and effectively become the X1 on the next cycle. X2 skates down into line to become the next X3. X4 shown in really just X2 but starting on the other side.
