Description

D1 and D3 - Skate backwards from bottom of circle to receive pass from forwards.
F1 and F2 - Leave with a puck, make a pass to D. Continue skating to far blue line, stop and continue back up ice.
D1/D3 - Make quick give and go passes to the next D in their lines, then hit F1/F2.
F1/F2 - Attack zone and either shoot on net, or delay and hit D with a pass.
D1/D3 - Continue up ice for a pass from forward, or a rebound.

Drill then starts with F3 and F4 passing to D2 and D4.
