Description

Have three girls start on their stomach in the face off dot
On the whistle the girls get up and skate as fast as they can around the pylon t the opposite faceoff dot
They race for the puck on the blue line and take a shot or deke on net.

Notes: Switch sides half way through
Have them start on their backs as well
