First run, D1 picks up puck and skates fast behind net with head up. F1 tracks D1 and delays his attack to cut off the center lane beside the post. Once D1 is committed to continue into the corner F1 traps the forward progression of D1.
Second run, Same as first run and add F2 to help with the trap and to pick up the puck from D1, F3 moves to high slot to support the trap and to get set to take a pass from F2 once F2 has control. F3 takes shot on net and F2 and F1 crash the net.
Notes: Once the players have this perfected use D2 as the outlet from D1 with a D to D reverse pass. F3 then forechecks D2 into D2's corner F2 moves to support the trap F1 moves to high slot, once F2 has control of the puck F2 passes to F1 for a shot on net and F2 and F3 crash the net.
