3 Player Weave Warm-up

Description
Divide into 3 lines at each end of the ice, for our team if all the players are there 1 coach will have to skate with the last line,
Spread the 3 players at each end across the goal line as shown start with the puck in the centre, player passes puck to one of the wingers (forehand pass)and follows his pass trailing the winger he passed to, the receiving winger skates a couple strides then passes the puck across the ice to the other winger and follows his pass trailing the receiving winger and so on the player that has the puck when they cross the offensive blue line shoots the puck at the top of the slot. the other two players crash the net. Look at the second drawing 3 player weave return for the return skate.
Notes: Move the lines closer together so there is more passing and more weaving to make the player think and skate faster...contolling their balance and edges all the way down the ice.
