Description

Players from both corners skate to the first cone, stop and then skate backwards along the line to the boards. The same is repeated on each cone until the player reaches the far end where the player stops at the net and then joins the queue.

After all players have gone, the drill runs back down the ice making players stop on their other side.

Notes: Alternative to traditional Christmas tree drill. This drill pulls together forward/backward skating and stopping on both edges making it perfect for a warm-up skating drill.
