Description

Starting with a 2 vs 2 down the ice, as soon as the 2 vs 2 crosses the blue line a new set of 2 vs 2 jump into play. The 2 F's get onto the half area and wait for a pass from the defending D's (either by winning the puck or taking it out of the net) and then drive down the ice vs 2 D's. When they cross the blue line the next new set jumps on.....
Progressions - run as 3 vs 3 or 3 vs 2....

Notes: Important that all non active players are on the benches and pay attention and are ready to jump on the ice.
