Description

Players line up on upset blue lines.
1st whistle - Players dumps it. Defensemen trying to clear the zone. Forwards 2-1-2 forecheck.Let run for 10 sec.
2nd whistle - quickly switch into d-zone coverage based on location of the puck.
3rd - whistle coach moves puck and players switch d-zone coverage based on new pukc locations.
4th whistle - players strip coach of puck and break out on to opposite ends net. Defensemen follwo play but pick up forwarsd coming from the other end so its a 3-2.
