Description

2F's vs D1 down the ice, then 2 new F's and 1 D get ready by skating into the "DZ" for breakout pass from D1. It is important that the 2 F's are getting down low at the hash-marks for the breakout pass and that the next defending D has good gap control down the ice.

Notes: We want to create good habits for F's, D's and GK's. F's need to get a shot off and be smart with their shot selection, D's need to take passing option away and GK need to challenge the shooter.
