Low Swing 2-0

Diagrams     

Description

Same on both sides. Each time start on coaches whistle
-X1 leaves the board along center ice line and X2 follows 15 ft behind
-X1 receives and touches back a pass from O3
-Then X2 receives a pass from O3, carries the puck and turns to D2 and makes a long hard pass
- X1 and X2 swing around the circle (X1 times swing to allow X2 to catch up)
-D2 receives pass from X2 skates it backwards below the circle to allow fwds to swing in front of him, stops and moves forward and delivers an outlet pass to X1 or X2
- X1 and X2 pass the puck between them 2 or 3 times
-X2 takes the puck wide as he hits the zone and drives net at the top of the circle
-X2 drops the puck for X1 and goes to the front of the net
-X1 cuts wide as he enters the zone and "I"'s up with X2 and receives a drop pass which he takes in for a shot on net.

Notes: Can convert to a 2 on 1 by have D move across ice after they make the pass to d up on the players come down the ice.
