Description
All Three players leave on the coaches whistle
-X1 skates and turns around the far dot
-X2 skates a "s" pattern around the 2 faceoff circles, then up ice along the boards
-X3 skates around the faceoff circle then up ice along the boards
-X1 recieves a stretch pass from the coach and touch passes the puck to eith X2 or X3(In the diagram X2)
-X2 takes the puck through the NZ and wide into the zone
-X1 curls behind the pass and "I"'s up with the puck carrier
-X2 drops a pass for X1 and X3 drives the net
-X1 options: High slot pass to X3, hold the pass and cross crease pass to X3, slip the puck back to X2 near post, and shoot
-X3 options for High slot pass: one time shot near post or touch pass back to X1 for empty net goal
Notes: Can convert into a three on 2 drill by having D start in the far corner by the goalie, skate to the blue line stop back peddle for three strides then move forward to close the gap on the on coming rush.
