Description

Opposite sides go together on the whistle.

D1 Gaps up the blue line, pivots backwards and receives pass from F1.

D1 backwards skates with puck with speed, pivots at top of faceoff circle and passes to F2

F1 times skating to receive a return pass from F2 in the middle of the ice then gets to outside the dots. (F2 follows F1 after returning the pass for a 2 on 0).

F1 immediatly headmans the puck to F3 for a quick give and go then goes 2 on 0 to the net.

After the first shot on goal, F1 retrieves a puck from the corner and passes to D1 who has followed up the play. F2 moves to the front of the net for a screen as F1 moves into the weeds for a pass option from the D.

D1 quickly moves to the middle for a shot or pass to the forward in the weeds.

After drill, F1 goes to F3 and F2 goes to F1. D return to center in opposite line.

Notes: Drill goes both ways. 2 on 0 with a second shot from the point for the screen or man in the weeds.
