Passing Warm Up - Progression

Description

O1 pivots and skates backwards X1 feed a pass to O1 who touch passes puck back to X1 as they go straight up the ice passing back and forth forehand to forehand
-At the far blueline the puck carrier takes the puck around the circle and the other player skates around the other circle
-On the way back players pass the puck cross ice through groups coming down the middle. Player should have head up and wait for a passing lane. Should be able to get 2 or 3 cross ice passes in.

Notes: Passes should start forhand to forehand then progess to passing to the backhand and bring the puck over to the forehand and pass back.
