Description

Position players in 4 corners as shown. Line of pylons at center ice.

First two players in line start with pucks, 2 players in the opposite corner also start. Players skate out and along pylons arranged at center ice and then go in for shot. Goalie faces two rapid shots.

On the next whistle the opposite corners go.
