Description

Station #1 Wrist Shot
Players practice wrist shot against boards using proper follow through and weight transfer techniques.

Station #2 Give and Go
Have two players set up at passing points. P1 start drill with puck, skates a few strides and passes to P2, P2 quickly passes to P3, P1 continues skating up boards and curls back towards net, P3 makes a pass to P1, P1 then takes a shot on net.
