Description

Diagram 1:

To start F's leave together, skate around the circle pick up a puck as shown.

D's time there skate, skate up to the red line pivot backwards to play 1 - 1 (gap control)

During the 1 on 1 diagram 2 initiates.

Coach blows his whistle during the 1 - 1 signaling F's to shoot quick

It also starts the next group of F's and D's working the same pattern as diagram 1.

However now the D who just completed the 1 - 1 jump into the play and skate hard to the other end to join the F in a 2 - 1.

The F who was with the initial D during the 1 on 1 back checks and ties up the D.

Drill is perpetual.
