3 forwards cycle in corner and through " quadrant "

On whistle for coach , puck is passed to player in quadrant for one timer on net

On second whistle coach sends in puck behind net where low forward picks it up and takes behind net and hits D man moving in from point for one timer from opposite quadrant

Forwards crash net and play for rebounds
