4 Square - 1-3-4-2-1
Description
Athlete begins with both feet in box #1, jumps both feet to box #3, then to box #4, then to box #2, and finally returns back to box #1 ...the sequence repeats.
Notes: Knees bent, soft landings, weight on the balls of the feet.
