Description

Pylon Deke with shot
Players tight turn around pylons then make play on net. Players are encouraged to maintain puck control, quick feet and heads up.

Man In Middle
Passers, encourage accurate passes, use of fakes, be ready for pass.
Man in Middle, encourage pressuring the puck, active stick and quick feet.

Stops and Starts
Have players run drill for two reps each, alternate stopping sides after each sequence. Increase speed as drill progresses.
