Description

Continuous drill Start on whistle and both sides go

Both D working in unison skate up around circle and get a pass from a forward. The d turns back wards and carries the puck to ringette line and performs an escape move or quick step out ovot.
The forwards posts up with proper j hook.
Pass is made and F goes down and shoots.
D Steps up again and goes around Circle. Gets a new pass from Forwards and the pattern is repeated. after the fourth pattern a new D stepsin Continous.
