Twins Defense and Forward Exchange

Description

Three steps to drill. F take puck and roll off half boards and take a good shot on net

Second he picks up a second puck and passess to D who can walk to middle or down boards for shot and then return to his position near the dot. Forward drives net looking for a high tip or screen

Third time Forward picks up a puck and drives up in the middle and presents the opportunity for the d to walk down the wall for a reverse pass. at this is happening a new forward from the other side is attacking back door and the D slings the puck on the ice at the goal crease.

this new forwards then circles back and picks up a puck and starts the drill on the other side

Notes: Defense should be mirroring the forward always engaged
